Two things follow. First, the settlement-scale claim is not marketing — the stablecoin float and the transfer counts are independently checkable and large. The AI-payments thesis, stated fairly
The substantive argument Sun has been making runs roughly like this: existing payment rails assume a human. Opening a bank account requires human identity; each payment requires manual authorisation.
